warranty:

3.If the phone is quality broken during 15days from purchasing, we will replace you with a new one with good quality if there is no appearance spots or manual mistake during usage.

Return policy:
1.All failed phones which is going to return need to be send by Registered Airmail or EMS.
2.If you ship by Fedex, TNT, or others, we are not able to receive it correctly due to China custom regulation.
